- Temp file Cleanup Get rid of all non-usable files and reclaim back your hard-disk space by choosing 1 of the 3 options available:
- Delete temporary files by selecting a folder
- Clean up known temporary files in known temporary locations (Recommended)
- Clean up the Recycle bin
- Shortcut Cleanup This function has two purposes:
- Verifies any shortcuts which are unusable and deletes them
- Identifies any empty folders found on your desktop or start-menu and permanently removes them.
- File Utilities This function is one of PC3E's most powerful operations. Its technique resides in the ability to permanently delete files and/or folders making them irrecoverable and thus allowing the user to regain previously occupied disk space. Three modes of operation are available: Slow - Medium - Fast (recommended).
- Internet Cache Cleans your internet cache, including Temp files, Internet History and Cookies. This feature will remove any traces left after browsing the internet. For an effective cleanup, ensure that all web browsers are closed.
- Processes This feature lists all the processes currently in use along with the respective RAM usage - any processes which over-consume memory, are highlighted in red (it is highly recommended that the user take corrective action on such processes). PC3E highlights what category is each process making use of - such categories include the following types:

- Defragmentation It is recommended that this function is performed on a monthly basis in order to boost the hard disk/s performance. PC3e uses an advanced defragmentation technique, which makes mostly-used files positioned in a strategic location on your disk, allowing them to be read faster.
